The Organizational Development Program

Organizational Development Program is about accountability to the link between Organizational work and organizational success by looking at how the organizational development activities will bring change in the staff’s mentality and work efficiency. It will help to achieve missions to make a positive difference in the communities, strengthen our capacity to raise funds for the work, and increase our level of program work and impact. The vision and core set of values are essential for an organization’s effectiveness, as they provide a shared understanding of and commitment to the vision, values and mission.

  • We want to launch the organizational Development Program to increase our effectiveness and sustain our work. Our goal is to strengthen the organization so that it demonstrated effectiveness in dealing with the marginalized groups of the community.

To strengthen the organization so that it demonstrated effectiveness in dealing with the marginalized groups of the community, we organized Day special Programs on Save the Girl Child Day & Women’s Day and capacity building of senior staff on Video story telling for sharing impact.
